Herders Uncowed.

The self sufficient  herders of Anizahh tribe in Eastern Jordan, once had free range stretching from the desert to rivers, periodically shifting their animals to fresh pastures. Today, they face the tragedy of the commons stuck behind the national boundaries of private landownership. Still, they survive and manage to get their stock to fresh pasturage by selling and buying them back  at the end of season from their fellow tribes living around adjacent countries.
